Wedding Processional

There are many ways you can fix your wedding for it to be original, classic and amazing at the same time. In Perfect Weddings we know this and for that we are concern weather you have an idea or not that a ceremony can be divided in seven different segments according to development of the processional.

Well, in this section we are going to mention some music that can be played during those segments.

Segment one: Pre-ceremony. This segment is when your guests are waiting for the bride to be ready it is more or less 30 min before the ceremony begins. It is so because people tent to arrive during this amount of time for the processional to start.

a) Allegro Vivace 4-1 Mendelssohn, Felix.

b) Arioso, Bach. 

c) Oventure From Don Giovanni, Mozart.

Now that we know they are so different from each other and yet all of them perfect for a classic ceremony introduction.

During the Processional we have divided it in 3 different segments.

1. Formal Seating / Prelude. In this part people will notice that it is almost time for them to finish their chats and begin getting ready to take their seats and prepare for the ceremony to start.

We recommend:

a) Panis Angelicus from Andrea Bocelli.

b) Symphony No. 40 from Wolfgang Amadeus Motzart.

c) Trumpet Tune (Mandolin) from Henry Purcell.

2. We save the best for later. Now we have the Wedding Party Processional, where we change the music accordingly to your personality. We suggest the next songs.


a) Minut In  Minor form Ludwig Van Beethoven. Dramatic entrance.

b) Prelude Form TE Deum, H. 146 from Marc Antoine Charpentier.

c) Canon In D (Piano)  from Johann Pachelbel. (This is what we think is the best for this momento). 

Again very different from each other but jet perfect according to the momento you would like to create.

3. Now the third Moment will be the Bridal Entrance. For this we really need to go deep into getting to know the bride and her style. This moment will be for her to enjoy, to remember and to transform herself from being single to have a partner for the rest of her life. So it really needs to be special.

We have many recommendations but if they should be what bride really connect with.

a) Con te Partiro form Andrea Bocelli.

b) Wedding March - Here Comes the Bride from Bluefield and Portmen, by David and Mark.

c) Midsummer Night from Felix Mendelssohn.

After these 3 special moments we have an Interlude as our 5th division and a Recessional for those we have selected different songs to continue in the mood of the ceremony and to get into the next step. To feel the union done by the two lovers everyone came to witness.

a) Somewhere in Time, from Nicolo Paganini.

b) The Lord's Prayer from Albert Malotte.

c) Wedding Chorale from Herbert Kretzmer in the Miserables.

Wedding Vows from Scratch

This week we are discussing about Wedding Vows and as much as I could tell you they should be one way or the other weather you decide to copy them from a famous movie or create them yourself I cannot tell you any of them is the best. However we can help you to write the best wedding vows by trying to give you some rules or steps to write your love what you want him or her to listen during the wedding ceremony.

Now we are not going to take the credit for the next steps as we are Wedding Organizers not brides or grooms. We decided to go through the net and take the best advices we could find.

From WikiHow "How to Write Your Own Wedding Vows" we choose their Method Number 2.

1. Write what you love about your beloved. Brainstorm all of the things that make your future spouse so special. This could be his or her beautiful blue eyes, the way your loved one can make you smile no matter how awful you feel, or how your significant other knows exactly what you're thinking even if you're miles away.

• Make a list of adjectives that describe your beloved's best qualities. Think about the ones you want to emphasize in your vows.
• Focus on anecdotes to help emphasize your beloved's best qualities. Saying he is "kind" is less effective than talking about the time he cleaned the whole house because he knew your family was coming for a visit.
• Think about the times your beloved has really been there for you. All good relationships still have some rough patches, and you should think about how your loved one showed character when he helped you through a rough time in your life.

2. Mention key memories in your relationship. Write down the most memorable moments you have shared with your future spouse. This could be anything from your amazing vacation to Napa Valley to the time he stayed in to watch two days worth of bad television with you when you had all of your wisdom teeth taken out.

• Think about the places you have gone together, from a special hike on a mountain top to your favorite restaurant.
• Think about key milestones in your relationship. This could be anything from getting a dog together, moving in together, your first date, or the moment you knew it was meant to be.
• Think about the hardest time of your relationship. How did you work through it together?

3. Write down the promises you want to make to your future spouse. Depending on who your significant other is and what memories you've shared, you'll write a list of promises you will make to your loved one forever. Some can be serious, like always apologizing no matter what, or never going to bed angry, while others can be more fun, like promising to always do the dishes as long as you can win the thermostat war.^[2]

• Remember that in most traditional vows, people promise to be there for their loved one in sickness and in health, through the good times and the bad, and to support them no matter what. Find a personal way to make some of these same points, since that's what marriage is really all about.

4. Remember to be yourself. You may be so focused on writing the perfect vows and impressing your guests that you're forgetting to show what makes you who you are, and what makes your loved one so special. If you're both really silly together, go the silly route. If you're both hopeless romantics, don't be afraid to go over-the-top with some poetic phrases. This is your day and you should show off who you really are.

• You can look at other vows, read poetry, or browse the Internet for inspiration. You can ask a close friend who recently wrote her own vows if she would share them with you. These can be helpful guides, but don't lean too much on the words of other people, and focus on showing what makes your relationship unique.
• If you have a sense of humor, throw in a lighthearted joke! After saying something serious, you can tell your loved one, "I promise to always watch Monday night football with you, as long as you still bring me flowers every week."
• Remember to be yourself, but don't forget your audience. You can still share the best parts of who you are and what your relationship means without isolating, confusing, or boring your audience. Does Grandma Flo want to hear about your beloved's amazing foot massages? Probably not.

5. Get feedback. Once you feel confident about your vows, it's time to get some feedback. Though you may think that your vows will bring your audience to tears, you need to make sure that you've set the right tone and have clearly communicated your feelings before you share them with the world. Here are some people to ask for feedback:

• If you and your spouse-to-be have agreed to share your vows, ask what he really thinks.
• Ask a trusted best friend who really knows you and your relationship to see if it's communicating everything you want to say.
• Ask your parents, or even your grandparents, for advice. Having the insight of an elder will help you understand more about the nature of love.

6. Prepare to say your vows. Once you've got your vows down, all you have to do is focus on the execution. You should practice saying them enough times that it sounds natural, but don't say them so many times that your vows sound too rehearsed. They are supposed to come from the heart, after all.

• Focus on speaking clearly and maintaining eye contact with your beloved while glancing at the audience.
• Remember that on your wedding day, your vows won't sound just like they did when you rehearsed them. You will be a little bit choked up, and that's okay! Your vows will only sound sweeter if your audience sees how much you truly love your future spouse.

Sometimes you are not sure what to write for your wedding vows. For Perfect Weddings it is a priority to help you on this hard and lovely task. We know love and writing doesn't always come together. Now after reading all these quotes it was a surprise I couldn't find the one I consider personally the most beautiful way someone can describe what love truly is. For me A Walk to Remember shall be mark as one of the best vows from famous movies. Perhaps because it wasn't that famous but indeed one of the most romantic movies I have ever seen. 

Here is the quote.

Wedding Sit Arrangements

Once you are set on your wedding guests list you need to check how you are going to arrange the order they are going to be sited. 

For Perfect Weddings La Isla it is very important to help you on these choices. 

First of all you have to decide how to divide your guests.

These are our suggestions for you to make the best decisions. 

1. Age Arrangements. Once you have your list done. You shall think about the age of your guests. Re-do the list taking this onto account. In that way you can get them sited on tables with the same age range and they will have tons of things to talk about. 
2. Family and Friends. Second way to fix them will be by re.doing the list taking onto account weather they are which part of the family and which part of the friends. If you do this plus the age arrangements you can be almost sure everyone could have a better time during your wedding. 
3. Wedding Party Table. Some of the couples decide that having a Wedding Party Table helps to organized everyone around, plus they can help you to create a better atmosphere taking care of you back while the party is about to start and while it is happening. 
4. Kids Table. If you are going to have kids in your Wedding you should definitely have them sited on the same table. At the same time you should consider a Kids menu for them to enjoy some nuggets, spaghetti and meatballs,  hamburgers or hot dogs. 
5. Family Issues. To mention some of the facts to be consider while making the sit arrangements will be to check upon any kind of family or friends issues. You really don't want to sit your uncle with you cousin if they don't get alone so well nor your brother with you sister if they had just a fight. Consider this last tip before you decide you tables are set. 

Now that you have your list done by tables. You need to consider the next point. "How are my guests going to know where to go to sit down. 

Here are some suggestions for you to have their tickets with your guests' names and make them look like a souvenir at the same time. 

1. Number one. Have a table decorated with pictures of you and your husband. In that way everyone will get the idea they are there for you and not for the party only. 

2. Number two, you can have a portrait with their names in front of their sits on the table for them to know where to sit and to take home as part of your wedding memoralia.

3. Consider that having a wedding in the beach gives you the perfect excuse to use beach decorations. On the picture below you have an example of a perfect way to let them know where to sit down.

4. This is another way to complement your guests and let them know how much you appreciate their presence in your wedding day. Flowers for women and a tequila bottle for men next to a card with their names on it.
